Returns & Exchanges Policy

We want you to love everything you ordered! If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help.

Return Policy
You can return most new, unused, and unworn items within 7 days of receiving your order for a full refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in its original condition, unworn, and with the tags still attached.

Non-Returnable Items
We are unable to accept returns, or exchanges on the following items:

-If the product is not in its original packaging;

-If the product is used, or damaged.

The products that don't satisfied the criteria mentioned above will not be considered for return.

How to Return an Item

  1. Contact Us: Before returning any items, please email us at support@yourstore.com with your order number and the reason for the return.
  2. Return Authorization: We will provide you with a Return Authorization (RA) number and further instructions on how to send your item back.
  3. Pack the Item: Ensure the item is in its original condition and packaging (if possible). Include your order number and RA number inside the return package.
  4. Ship the Item Back: You are responsible for the return shipping costs unless the item is defective or we made an error in processing your order. For your protection, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance.

Exchanges
If you would like to exchange an item for a different size, color, or style, please follow the same steps as for a return. Once we receive the returned item, we will process your exchange and send out the replacement. You will be responsible for the return shipping costs unless the item is defective.

Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email regarding your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method. Please, note that it may take several business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your bank or payment provider.

Damaged or Defective Items
If your item is damaged or defective upon arrival, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. We will offer you a replacement, exchange, or full refund, including return shipping costs for the damaged or defective item.

Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received your refund yet, please first check your bank account or credit card statement. It may take some time before your refund is officially posted. If you’ve done this and still haven’t received your refund, please contact us at support@yourstore.com.

Order cancelation

We offer full refund, if the order is cancelled within 24 hours of your purchase. 

You should submit an order cancellation request to our customer service via ////////////// once you decide to cancel the order.

For orders cancelled after 24 hours of purchase but have not been shipped, we will offer partial refund after charging a 15% cancellation fee.

We will NOT accept order cancellation request if the orders have been shipped.

Refunds (if applicable)

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 7-15 business days.

If you haven't received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
