Return and exchange policy
Effective Date: 19th of February, 2025.
We want you to love everything you ordered from Rich Gang Legacy! However, if for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help.
Return Policy
You may return most new, unused, and unworn items within 14 days of receiving your order for a full refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in its original condition, unworn, and with the tags still attached.
Non-Returnable Items
We are unable to accept returns, or exchanges on the following items:
-If the product is not in its original packaging.
-If the product is used, or damaged.
-The tags have been removed.
Products that do not meet the criteria mentioned above will not be considered for return and may be sent back to you at your expense.
How to Return an Item
- Contact Us: Before returning any items, please email us at info@richganglegacy.com with your order number and the reason for the return.
- Return Authorization: We will provide you with a Return Authorization (RA) number and further instructions on how to send your item back.
- Pack the Item: Ensure the item is in its original condition and packaging (if possible). Include your order number and RA number inside the return package.
- Ship the Item Back: You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or we made an error. We recommend using a trackable shipping service (like UPS), as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
Exchanges
If you would like to exchange an item for a different size, color, or style, please follow the same steps as for a return. Once we receive the returned item, we will process your exchange and send out the replacement. You will be responsible for the return shipping costs unless the item is defective.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If Approved: Your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within 7-15 business days.

Late or Missing Refunds: If you haven’t received your refund yet, please check your bank account and contact your credit card company, as there is often some processing time before a refund is officially posted. If you still have not received your refund after 15 business days, please contact us at info@richganglegacy.com.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your item is damaged or defective upon arrival, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. We will offer you a replacement, exchange, or full refund, including return shipping costs for the damaged or defective item.
Order cancelation
Within 24 Hours: We offer a full refund if the order is cancelled within 24 hours of your purchase. Please email info@richganglegacy.com immediately to request cancellation.
After 24 Hours (Not Shipped): For orders cancelled after 24 hours but before shipment, we will offer a partial refund after charging a 15% cancellation fee to cover processing costs.
Shipped Orders: We cannot accept cancellation requests once an order has been shipped. You must wait to receive the item and then follow the standard Return Policy.
